Leadership Training

 

WMU NC offers training for everyone:

   * for the beginner to someone with a few seasons of leadership under his or her belt

   * for the person changing what age level he or she works with

   * for the person who is seeking new ideas

   * for the person desiring to connect with others working with similar ages/missions focus  

   * for the person needing encouragement,

WHERE DO I START?

 

There are several options:

• Most associations provide training sessions in the late summer or early fall.  Contact your associational office for more information. Associational WMU leadership teams are also available to consult and train throughout the year.

• Training is also offered at the statewide Missions Extravaganza in the spring of each year.

• Training for associational WMU leaders and church WMU leaders is offered each summer.​
